Marty Elberg graduated from California Western School of Law in 2006. After graduation, Marty and his wife, Susie, moved back to their hometown of Eagle Grove, Iowa to be closer to their families. It was important to raise their boys with the same Midwestern values they learned.  Soon after he was admitted to the Iowa bar in 2007, he opened his own practice to serve the small town.  After several years of growing his business and transitioning their boys into responsible young men, Marty and his wife moved to Florida. They now resides in Fort Lauderdale. Their children live in Iowa and Virginia. One is in the Army National Guard and the other is in the US Navy.

Marty was admitted to the Iowa bar in 2007 and the Florida bar in 2012. He prides himself on his ability to truly listen to his clients and charging a fair fee for his services. Most issues can be billed on a guaranteed flat fee basis.  

Community involvement has always been a top priority for Marty. In April of 2015 he was elected to the Board of Directors of Voices for Children of Broward County. This organization helps bring normalcy to neglected and abused children under the care of the state in Broward County. Marty has also been involved with Americas Planned Giving, a non-profit organization helping underprivileged children in Colombia which also shares proceeds with local non-profits every month. Circle of Life Legal Services has been selected as the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year Award winner.
